Legend of Korra and Avatar franchise series Finale. (Book 4 Balance)

                 On December 19, 2014 fans say goodbye to not only their beloved character but a beloved television series as well. Legend of Korra Book 4 Balance told the story of Avatar Korra going through a difficult healing process from the traumatic events that took part in the season finale of Book 3. We see Korra trying to re-connect her self spiritually with Raava and trying to get back into the spirit world while trying to find a solution for the new power hungry dictaror and former head of security of the Metal Clan Kuvira. With the help of former Avatar team members Katara and Toph and an a past foe along with the new Team Avatar.

             Book four Balance discuss many challenges from dictatorship, PTSD, depression as well as sexual orientation. If you haven't watch the series final The legend of Korra broke history by portraying Korra and Asami as a Romantic couple. In the last scene of The Legend of Korra Avatar Korra goes on vacation with Asami Sato to the spirit world. The final moments shows Korra and Asami holding hands and looking at each other romantically while entering in the spirit world.  Joanna Robinson of Vanity Fair Magazine describe the scene "the most subversive television event of the year" and that it "change the face of tv". It did however since the creators pushed the boundaries of any kids television in history.

              Ive been following this franchise since 2005 the very first day Avatar: The Last Airbender first aired "The boy in the Iceberg" and I watch this until the very end on December 19, 2014. Thank you Mike and Bryan for bringing to The Avatar series to life!
